Each morning our culinary team prepares a different multi-course breakfast between 8:30-10am which is served fireside in our dining room or by the fountain in our lush courtyard – depending on the season.
Each breakfast is a celebration of freshly prepared food using only the best local ingredients. Our buffet consists of an array of freshly baked croissants, muffins and breads, fruit parfaits, granola, fruit crisps and juices.
In addition daily we serve a choice of two main courses complimented by either smoked bacon or sausage. Some main course examples include: Eggs Florentine, Mixed Berry Crepes, Huevos Rancheros, Blueberry Ricotta Pancakes, Mushroom and Brie Omelet, Lemon Poppyseed waffles, Burritos and Cinnamon Crunch French Toast.
